What started out as a journey for mental clarity, turned into a gateway of healing, mindfulness, and more. It was the healing benefits that Rooibos tea provided that inspired us to share its benefits with the world. We truly believe that tea has the power to help us heal ourselves and the world around us.

What's Our Groove?

Listening to stories from my mother and father of the 70s, I realized the culture of the world then was aligned with integrity in oneself, love for our neighbor, and consideration for the world as a whole. It wasn't perfect but it worked. We are three generations of tea lovers and tea is our way of life. We hope to be the reminder that taking care of oneself, through healing and mindfulness, could potentially have a greater impact on those around us as well.

With each sip, we encourage peace, love, and good vibes within our own life but also carry this energy into any environment we walk into. Everyone we encounter, we want to know, "What's your groove?"

The Flipside: Rooibos

Rooibos is a flavorful, caffeine-free alternative to black and green tea, with origins in the Cederberg region of the Western Cape, which many claims to have antioxidants that can protect against cancer, heart disease, and stroke. Compared to regular black tea or green tea, rooibos is lower in tannins ( these interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, such as iron) and oxalic acid (this can increase your risk of kidney stones). So our foundation is steeped in Rooibos flavors we've loved from the beginning.

Working in tandem with some of the leaders in the industry with more than 40 years of combined experience in the tea business, we work hard towards exceeding the benchmark with every purchase. Our Tea Masters know our gardens and they masterfully curate our rooibos blends and ensure our estates meet a quality of excellence with every harvest.
