INGREDIENTS
½ cup (120 ml) rooibos tea made using Western Cape loose leaf tea
1 cup (120 g) raspberries
3.53 ounces (100 ml) coconut milk
1½ tablespoons honey
1 popsicle mold (6 compartments)
RECIPE
Start by brewing the rooibos tea in 2 cups of water.
Then, leave to cool completely.
Wash and dry raspberries.
Combine the raspberries, coconut milk, tea, and honey into a blender.
Puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your popsicle mold and freeze you rooibos raspberry popsicles for at least 3-4 hours.
